She is the Director/Founder of ChemTechie Engineering & Consulting Services Pvt.Ltd., a company that provides high-quality and cost-effective engineering solutions for the oil and gas, refinery, and petrochemical industries. With an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a certification in Design Thinking and Innovation from Stanford Center for Professional Development, she combines strategic and creative thinking with technical expertise and industry knowledge.
She has over 18 years of experience in simulation, heat and mass balance, design and engineering, proposal execution, modeling, basic and detail engineering. She has led and supervised teams of engineers for various phases of projects, from conceptual and feasibility studies to FEED and EPC, ensuring compliance with international standards, such as API, SHELL-DEP, etc. She has also developed and implemented standard templates, procedures, guidelines, web applications, training, and quality assurance for the engineering department. She is passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations.
